First, you would need to sign in to the Blogger dashboard. After you select your blog, select "templates" Then you will need to scroll down until you find code that refers to your sidebar. This will normally be towards the very end (This depends on your template). Once you find your links area, simply copy and past your code snippet, pretty much anywhere. You can preview to make sure you get it right. After you're happy with the way it looks, you will need to save the changes.
